Oct 22, 2019 Season 1 Episode 6
Ryan Cagle

This past weekend I was privileged to be able to preach at the church where I am on staff. I thought it would be fun to share that sermon here on the podcast as a type of bonus/semi-unplanned episode. The texts I preached on were Genesis 32:22-31, 2 Timothy 3:14-4:5, and Luke 18:1-8. In this sermon, I talk about how parables as a mode of communication that demand action and how we can not simply just ignore the problematic and difficult passages that we encounter in the pages of the scriptures.

Ps. The audio quality is not great because I had to record it on the iPad I was preaching from.
